Whether you're purchasing a statement piece, a complete furniture collection or a specially commissioned design, we aim to make delivery clear, convenient and professionally managed.

Standard Delivery — Within 2 Weeks

Our standard furniture orders are delivered within 14 calendar days of the order being placed.

This applies to our regular furniture collections and individual products that do not require custom manufacturing.

If an exceptional circumstance affects your delivery, our team will contact you with an update and discuss the available options. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

Custom Furniture Orders

For customers seeking something more personal, Serenity Homes offers custom furniture designed around individual requirements.

Custom furniture orders can take up to 6 months from the date of purchase.

This extended timeframe allows us to:

Source specialist materials from selected regions and suppliers.

Obtain suitable fabrics, finishes and other materials according to the customer's specifications.

Develop and manufacture the furniture at our warehouse.

Complete the necessary finishing, inspection and preparation.

Arrange transportation and final delivery.

Custom furniture requires additional planning, specialist sourcing and production time.

We will clearly identify custom-order lead times before purchase and confirm the agreed delivery arrangements with each customer.

Delivery Charges

We are pleased to offer FREE delivery on all orders over £500.

For orders of £500 or less, any applicable delivery charge will be displayed before checkout is completed.

There is no additional standard delivery charge for qualifying orders over £500.

Any optional services carrying an additional charge, such as specialist installation or assembly, will be explained and agreed separately before purchase.

Large Furniture Deliveries

Serenity Homes supplies a range of substantial furniture, including sofas, beds, armchairs, cabinets, tables and complete room collections.

Before ordering, please ensure that your property has suitable access.

Complete Furniture Collections

Our Farbank, Orselle Club and Stillpoint furniture collections may contain multiple pieces and require several shipping cartons.

Where necessary, individual components may be transported separately.

We will communicate any separate delivery arrangements that apply to your order.

Assembly and Installation

Some furniture arrives fully assembled, while other items require assembly after delivery.

Assembly, installation, room placement and packaging removal are included only where specifically stated in the product or delivery description.

Delivery Updates and Appointments

Please ensure that the delivery address and contact details provided at checkout are accurate.

Where a delivery appointment is required, the appropriate arrangements will be communicated to you.

Custom furniture made to a customer's individual specifications or clearly personalised may be subject to different statutory cancellation rules.
