Make a Return

We hope you will LOVE your Serenity Homes purchase as much as we do, but we understand it’s not always a good fit!

We’re currently changing the system that handles our order processing and returns. Due to this, there may be a slight delay in order dispatching and returns. Thank you for your patience, we’re working as quickly as we can to minimise disruption. For further information on your order or return, please contact our customer care team using hello@serenityhomes.com.

You can arrange a return within 14 days of receiving your item, as long as the item is as new and in the original packaging. Any items returned that we don’t get in an “as new” condition, we will return the item to you, the customer.

Please note when booking a return, our warehouse is open 9:00am-5:00pm Monday-Friday
